Nokia Ace for AT&T coming with $200 Million Windows Phone Marketing Plan

Nokia is expected introduce their windows phone devices in the US during 2012. One of the Nokia windows phone devices is Nokia Ace a.k.a Lumia 900.  According to Paul Thurrott, Microsoft and Nokia are planning to “Convince consumers to purchase millions of Windows Phone handsets in the first half of 2012.” and they are planning to spend more than $200 Million to do so.

“According to the internal Microsoft documentation I’ve viewed, the total cost of this marketing tsunami is in the neighborhood of $200 million, not $100 million. And again, that’s just for the United States. And on AT&T at least, Nokia is outspending Microsoft 2-to-1.” – Paul Thurrott

Along with Nokia Ace, HTC Radiant and Samsung Mandel will also join the Windows Phone family in early 2012. Nokia is also planning to introduce Lumia 710 on T-Mobile, which will be the first device to ship with Tango preloaded.
