Google’s new Android OS, Ice Cream Sandwich, comes with support for Bluetooth peripherals  and USB plug ins. This added functionality increases the support for keyborads, mice, and game controllers.  The video below showcases how the Galaxy Nexus can be used as a desktop computer with the MHL cable, which provides HDMI output for connecting to HDTVs and monitors.
